VW Campervan T25 T3 Westfalia For Sale (1983)

£5,750 - As stated

This is a 1983 VW T3 Westfalia Joker Campervan - Volkswagen Type 25 Westy Joker

It is MOTd and in use, it is however a Project vehicle - Hence the Price - These in nice condition are double what I am asking.

It has the Expensive ISRI high back seat option in the front.

The rear interior is complete and includes Rock n Roll Bed, Cupboards, Fridge, sink, Hob etc.

The fridge works on Gas, 240V and (12v when driving)

The van is a 4 birth with Rock n roll bed and Double roof bed.

I haven't had the gas heater working (It does everything other then firing up, I have no idea why).

For the last MOT it had new N/S rear wheel bearing, 2 front upper ball joints, Rear wheel cylinders and it also had an oil change with oil filter.

It starts and runs well. It has done about 600 KMS since the last MOT.

MOT to 18/10/2017.

The van was converted from Petrol to Diesel at some point in its past. It has the Golf AAZ 1900 TD Conversion done, The engine sounds strong and was apparently fully rebuilt around 5000kms ago. - New Head, Valves, Pistons, Crank Grind, Injectors, rebuild Diesel pump, Cam belt etc (However there is no paperwork to prove this) - It has been suggested by my mechanic that an external oil cooler would be a good addition for this set up to keep everything cool at high speed (70+Mph). (The conversion would cost you 1500 to 2000 to do)

It is a 1.9 Diesel. AAZ TD conversion.

It has a 4 speed gearbox (all gears select fine and no crunches).

It has a Stainless steel exhaust that sounds good.

4 van tyres with lots of tread.

The van is lowered, making the ride bouncy - the wife doesn't like it..

The van is usable, but it needs bodywork - hence it is cheap.

The sliding Door is rusty (Major repair or replacement required), The tailgate is Rusty (Replacement required), The Passenger side sill is rusty and the inner floor that connects to it is rusty, the rear corner is dented - it needs work and welding - Bodywork is not my thing so I haven't done it!.

In Jan 2017 it had a flywheel oil seal, Engine mounts and Turbo oil return pipe - and oil and Filter again..

A new Battery was fitted March 2017

I have taken lots of photos that I can send you - Just ask!

It is cheap because it needs future love.

Once you have seen the 60 + Photos I have sent you please come and see it and then make up your mind. I will only accept offers from those standing in front of the van, not via Messages.

The Camper is registered to me at my home address and will be put into the buyers name. No exceptions.

Thank you.
