1928 ESSEX SUPER SIX COACH 2 DOOR For Sale

I have decided to sell my 1928 Essex Super Six, new interior much admired as complimenting the car, I removed the simulated roof grained leathercloth (original)reset the roof bows repadded and refitted, it has the benefit of work just carried out, a decoke , honed bores , fitted new piston rings and reseated the valves, head skimmed , and fitted a new head gasket it has an elctric petrol pump , the car still retains the stewart vacuum fuel system, work was needed on the offside king pin in order to get a new mot cert. which now expires 30/ 5/ 13 , as can be seen the wheels have been beatifully restored. 2 of the tyres are new and the 2 others are in excellent condition, 4 wheel brakes, an easy gearbox, all electrics have had attention where it was required, but still mostly original, an Icarus mascot was obtained from a supplier in New Zealand, electric wiper motor, Etc , its amazing the admirers this car gets, Essex cars started life as part of the Hudson group and the Essex product by far outselling the Hudson, the Essex is a very well respected early American Marque, the price is a guide price only and is negotiable, if interested please call me for a chat

It has undoubtedly ...
