Triumph Herald Convertible 1971 super low miles For Sale
Bodywork :: is in great shape , the car has picked up some very minute chips and marks only visible upon very close inspection , with a little bit of reaction on the lower part of the rear wing just above the bumper , a couple of panels were changed in the resto work and it was treated to liberal amounts of waxoil to preserve the car further . The paint has a lovely deep shine overall and the car would grace any driveway . Its nice to see one that dosnt have wing mirrors fitted
Interior .. Is original finished in Light tan/ Biscuit trim Dashboard is near perfect and unchanged , seats are lovely , wants a carpet set as the original ones in the car have disintegrated as they do with age on these (easily available to order ),
Engine Bay ::Is all original and very tidy , paint on the bulkhead is very nice and again everything apart from service items is factory stock , the engine had expenditure around the body resto time .
Underside :: is lovely floors and chassis look great all still in factory finish and totally original .
Boot area :: The boot floor is perfect , and must be one the best original remaining , all paint still in place from the factory and untouched , the original rubber matting is still in place and in great shape .
Hood / weathergear :: is in good shape and tidy with clear rear windows .
Summary :: original cars like this are getting harder to find and are increasing in desirability in the marketplace , this one whilst not a totally perfect show car could very well be with very little effort and expenditure , its history is totally known by its three owners who all resided in a very very small radius . I dont think you could find another original car with 29000 miles and only three owners in this condition at this price so please dont miss this one , if you want a factory stock car in time warp condition this is the one youve been waiting for , nice long mot , overseas buyers welcome and we always help where we can , more pics upon request , call us for a detailed walk around description , delivery possible , this car has always been garaged and pampered by its owners , if youre interested (and only if you have a garage !!) call us 9am to 9 pm for more info ..... If we start doing bits to the car the price will alter as we go , im in no rush to sell this one , check the prices of similar spec cars with more miles .....
Deposit secures but in all cases is non refundable so make sure the car is for you and you understand the obligations of being a classic car custodian .
