Norton Classic rotary 588cc, #44 of only 100 built SOLD (1986)
An unusual version of the Norton wankel engined Classic. Those who know about the use of the wankel engine in motorcycles will be aware of the BSA connection.
This machine is one mans tribute to the BSA companies hard work in pioneering the use of this type of engine in a British motorcycle.
All OE parts removed to fit the pannier mounts & rack are available.
It is part of a deceased enthusiasts collection which I an helping to disperse.
If you contact me by email I will send further information. The bike is on SORN and has been correctly laid up for storage since April 2017 when its MoT ran out.All paperwork including the #44 "Norton log book" & V5 etc is available.
£1200 of engine work was done recently by Startright Motorcycles to ensure the machine was in top condition to continue in regular use for years to come.
